Dudun further said that each recipient would be given a maximum of N50.000. The foundation has Professor Sola Ehindero, Dean Faculty of Education and Director Institute of Education OAU as its chairman.

In choosing the areas of the award, Dudun explained that the donor took cognisance of those areas of national need, which attracts fewer candidates.

On the modalities for the award, he said applications would be invited from interested candidates after which they would be validated to ensure that the award is given to people who really deserve it.
